ELECTRICAL DESCRIPTION
Electrical system consists of two 3+1 systems (3 primary buses with 1 reserve bus for each system). Each primary bus has one 2000kW Caterpillar generator and three 500kVA MGE UPS. Each reserve bus has two 2000kW Caterpillar generators in parallel and three 500kVA MGE UPS in parallel. Power Management Module (PMM) receives power from two different UPS source (primary and reserve). Power transfer from primary to reserve will be seamless (within 4 ms, 1/4 cycle).
HVAC DESCRIPTION
25 Roof Top Units supply cooling for the raised floor areas. Units' power feed are equally distributed across all electrical buses with sufficient capacity to withstand one electrical bus failure. HVAC features include VFD for the supply fans, steam humidification, 100% air-side economizer, exhaust fans to control building pressure, air supplied through ceiling mounted diffusers and a 24-inch raised floor, and an integrated building monitoring system. NODE has separate computer room air conditioning units (CRAC) in N+1 configuration.
